He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Fokken; his parent Talena Fokken; and his brothers, Gary Fokken and Paul Fokken. He is survived by: his children, Gail Sieber (Chris), Valerie Stowell (Harry) and Michael Fokken (Nelly); his grandchildren, Ryan Peterson (Amy), Elissa Kojzarek (Kurt), Talena Smith (William), Randall Andrews (Stephanie), Kaitlyn Moore (Jason), Timothy Fokken and Brian Fokken; his great grandchildren, Robert, Charles Kojzarek, Harriett, Fiona Smith, Findlay Andrews, Everleigh and Foster Moore; and his sisters, Marian Clark and Joyce Marron. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
