He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Douglas and Mabel McCullough Douglas; his son Raymond Allen Douglas; his granddaughter Danielle Douglas; and his sister Clara Ann Forster (Clarence Thomas Douglas).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Douglas of Crossville, TN; his children, Tamara Martin (Joseph) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Janice Bant (Charles) of Murray, KY, Dwayne Scott Douglas of Griffith, IN, James Douglas of Murray, KY, Tabitha Randolph of Crossville, TN, Wanda Fish (Marty) of Crossville, TN and Marlin Frazier of Crossville, TN; and his sister Faye Keefer of Marshall, IL. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hood Funeral Home (2371 US-127, Crossville, TN 38555). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
