She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Phipps and Pearl Phipps; her husband Harold Lee Goad; her grandson Kaleb Lee Miller; her parents-in-law, Reason Goad and Iva Goad; her sisters, Joan Kennedy (Junior), Joyce Brainard, Sue Knight and Jenny Simmons (Huel); her siblings-in-law, Velma Young, Evilyn Brewster (Virgil), Wilma Bertram (George), Lucille Asberry (Vasko), Barbara Jean Conner, Ken Goad (Anna), Glen Goad (Faye) and Carl Ray Goad; and her niece Joan Goad Bowling.
She is survived by: her daughter Melody Bradley (Gerald); her grandchildren, Tanique Goad (Alex) and Joshua Crowley (Rosa); her great grandchild Easton Evans; her sister Jenell Cherry; her brothers-in-law, Bill Brainard and Avery Knight; her nieces, Christy Gayheart and Patricia Staples; and her close friends, Melissa Hamby and Cindy Yaden. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
