She was predeceased by: her siblings, Sonny Bower, Wesley Bower, Theodore Bower, Leona Wilson, Allie Bower and Frances Likens; and her husbands, Charlie England and Ed Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest England (Phyllis), Robert England (Sandra), Mary Wilson (Homer), Sharon Barnes (Jimmy), Edgar Miller (Wanda Gail) and Gail LaRissie Miller; her grandchildren, Ramey England, Marie England, Shirley England-McCellan, Susan Noe, Jessica Fisher, Stacy Kelsey and Pearson Miller; and her siblings, Dot Wyatt of Chattanooga, TN and Lynwood Bower of Moneta, VA.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and one step great-grandchild.
