She was predeceased by: her husband Charles H. Kerr; her daughters, Judith M. Thurman and Sue M. Kerr; and her siblings, Mary Hitchens, Margaret Lubbehusen and Robert Lubbehusen.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Jo Ann), Patrick (Virlene) and David (Laurie Bunch Kerr); and her niece Linda Baumgart. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren, and ten great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Saint Alphonsus Community Services of which Frances was a founding member.
