He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Phillips and Hulda Jane Phillips; his wife Sue Ann Phillips; and his siblings, Buster Phillips, Laughton Phillips, Glenn Phillips and Wilhelmina Phillips.
He is survived by: his stepson Bruce Neal (Robert Cobb); and his sister Ruth Hallmon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service (76 E Adams St, Crossville, TN 38555). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
