He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meadows and Mary Meadows (Ball); his siblings, Hershel, Ed, Tim Meadows and Faye Kerley; and his stepdaughter Sandra Reed.
He is survived by: his daughters, Leisa Blaylock (Doug) and Rosana Stults (Freddie); his stepchildren, Ray Young, Darlene Miller, Carol Shell, Bonnie Ford and Tommy Meadows; and his siblings, Roy Meadows (Faye) and Edna Foster. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
