She was predeceased by: her parents, Stitsell Major Oakes and Lois E. Oakes (Greene); and her son Rex Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Diana Lynn Lowe and Kenneth Wayne Lowe (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Jesse Lowe, Kealey Lowe and Lecherisha Uribe.
