He was predeceased by: his parents, John Christy and Elsie Christy (Davis); his wife Betty Christy (Funk); and his siblings, Dave and Ruth.
He is survived by: his children, Shari Barry (Tim), Napoleon, Vicki Clark (Dan) and Edgerton; his grandchildren, Ross Barry (Alex), Seth Barry (Brittany), Cole Barry (Amberly), Tyler Clark (Emily) and Brooke Clark; his great grandchild Ellie Ray Clark; and his sister Carol Elling of Liberty Center.
