She is survived by: her husband Chuck Wade; her children, Christopher A. Pankey (Bethany) and Shari L. Johnson (Donald); her stepsons, Jeffery Wade (Chikako), Charles E. Wade (Elizabeth) and Ric S. Wade (Mariana); her daughter-in-law Melinda Pankey; her grandchildren, Amber, Caitlin, Jessi, Ezra, Zoe, Soren, Ross, Anna, Natalia and Tomas; her great grandchild Noah; and her sisters, Clarice Whaley, Sharon Higdon, Myra Pierce and Jill Mattox.
