He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Garrett and Elsie Garrett (Storie); and his siblings, Joyce, Donnie, Roger and Deborah.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Garrett; his daughters, Jessica Thomas (Chris), Melody Carey (Jason) and T. J. Allred (Ben); his grandsons, Ethan (Emily Emma), Liam and Dylan; and his siblings, Jay, Ernest, Lee, Terry, Charlene Williford, Frances Beaty, Barbara Franklin, Sharon Threet, Dean Stafford, Patty Griffith and Greta Garrett A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
