He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Conley; his stepson Todd Tucker; his siblings, Connie Williams, Wylie Elmore, Jr. and Billy Elmore; and his brother-in-law Eugene Ogle.
He is survived by: his father David H. Looper; his wife Sandra Elmore of Knoxville, TN; his stepsons, Sean Tucker (Amanda) of Powell, TN and Matt Tucker of Powell, TN; his stepfather Jack Conley of Crossville, TN; and his sisters, Kristy Stone (Chip) of Indianapolis, IN, Linda Ogle of Crossville, TN and Katherine Earhart of Crossville, TN. He is also survived by 10 step grandchildren; father.
