He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse S. Lee and Mary Lee (Barnwell); his wife Mary Lee (Looper); and his siblings, Ruth Ann McDonald, Marjorie Etheleen Norris, Stella Alma Hodgin, James Moses Lee and Lloyd Eugene Lee.
He is survived by: his daughter Holly Neely; his son-in-law Samuel Neely; his son David B. Lee; his granddaughter Madison Lee; his sisters, Romelda Underwood, Grace Underwood and Faye Bice; and his sister-in-law Edra Husdon Lee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
