He is survived by: his wife Jean Fox; his children, L. A. Fox, Jr. (Cindy), Richard Fox and Lou Pace (Roger); his grandchildren, Candace Fox Bohannon (Sam) and Austen Fox (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Shiloh, Evelyn, Maverick and Ronan; and his siblings, Boodie Fox, Joan Holloway and Johnnie Perry.

The family requests that memorial donations in honor of Coach Fox be made to Hospice of Cumberland County.
