He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ealie Manning and Grace Manning; his wife Wanda Manning; his daughter Kathy Manning of Goshen, Indiana; his stepdaughters, Deborah Worley (Roger) of Crossville, TN and Rhonda Little (Ron) of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; and his stepgrandson Matt Worley. He was also cherished by great grandchildren.
