It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christy Lynn Garrett in Crossville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Amy Joe Garrett and Viola Norton; her sister-in-law Robin Clark; and her grandparents, Charles, Ruth Garrett and William Rice.
She is survived by: her son Xzavier Toebbe; her parents, Marsha Mae Rice and Mack Mansfield Garrett (Judy); her sister Carlene Garrett; her grandmother Carol Edwards; her close friend Kenneth Toebbe; her mother-in-law Tammy Walls; and her grandmother Jessie Short. She is also survived by 1 niece; and several nephews.
