He was predeceased by: his wife Glenda McAmis Pelfrey; his son William "Bill" Glenn Pelfrey; his parents, Parker Pelfrey and Katie Pelfrey; and his siblings, Billie Coffman, Jack Pelfrey, James Pelfrey, Janie Ferreira and Kenneth Pelfrey.
He is survived by: his son Charles M. Pelfrey II (Vicki Ann); his siblings, Anna Sholtz and Jerry Chabot; his grandchildren, Katherine Smith (Richard) and Aaron Pelfrey; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Pelfrey and Charles Smith. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and other family members.
