It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Bruce Strayer in Crossville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Strayer (White) and Charles L. Strayer; and his brother Greg Strayer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Strayer (Hawn); his children, Carolyn "Shelly" Reed, Adam Strayer (Michelle) and Clifton Strayer (Nina); his grandchildren, Kristi Browne (Sebastian), Courtney Reed, Cade Reed, Emily Strayer, Allison Strayer, Taylor Strayer, Ellie Strayer and River Strayer; and his siblings, Brian Strayer (Noreen), Stephen Strayer (Breda), Carol Maloney (John) and Joan Strayer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to the Fisher House.
