She is survived by: her husband Leslie Lance; her sons, Joseph Johnson (Stefanie) of Crossville and William Lance of Crossville; her stepsons, Junior Lance of Sparta and Brian Lance of Madisonville, TN.; and her siblings, Elaine Qualls (Dave Caldwell), Mary Headerick, Charlotte Ladd (Harold) of Georgia and Charlie Parks (Teresa) of Georgia. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
