He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Henry and Ila Ann Henry (Carmack); and his nephew Jeremy Powers. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Henry; his children, Amber Henry (Michael Bayless), Shelby Oakes, Casey Bowman and Shannon Oakes; his siblings, Jack Henry (Mary), Steve Henry, Jerry Henry (Gina), Sue Rivers (Jim), Tracy Noland (David) and Sherry Eldridge (Eddie); and his father-in-law Pugh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
