He is survived by: his wife Lynda Laxton of Crossville, TN; his daughter Tammy Haverly (David) of Crossville, TN; his pet Tebow of Crossville, TN.; his grandchildren, Autumn Schneider (Alex), Colton Harvey (Mindy), Julie Detzel (Jeff) and Kim Haverly; and his sister-in-law Connie Saylor of Crossville, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
