He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. McShane and Frances Rayeur McShane; his daughter Susan Therese McShane; his siblings, Henry, Robert McShane and Molly McShane Fenger; and his nephew Billy McShane.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Mary Kay Fulkerson (Chuck) and Michael McShane (Debbie); his grandchildren, Ashley Elizabeth Antoine (Ajay), Michael William McShane Jr., Heather Teresa McShane and Elizabeth Susan Kidd (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Avery Grace and Carter Bryce Antoine.
