She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Mathews and Ada Mathews (King); her husband O. W. Franklin; and her siblings, Orvile Mathews, Donald Mathews and Helen Ball.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Alan Franklin and Jennifer Ann Franklin; her grandchildren, Trevor Franklin, Rachel Dudek and Keith Dudek; and her great grandchildren, Conor Pacentine and Lukas Hutson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
