She is survived by: her husband Carl Boles; her son Cory Pruett (Kayleigh); her grandchildren, Axle, Jade, Gage and Cole; her mother Barbara Roth; her sisters, Jeanette Dorsey and Kimberly Ruth; her nieces, Tabitha Larson and Jax Lenker; her great-niece Kerei Rose; and her great-nephews, Dante Rose and Gideon Rose.
