She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phipps and Lura Clouse Phipps; and her husband Samuel Tollett. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Tollett (Luanna), Vic Tollett (Darlene) and Tim Tollett (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jonathan Tollett (Rachel), Jeremy Tollett, Amy Smith (Steve), Jason Tollett (Lana), Teresa Raymond, Camille Oliver (Cory), Sam Tollett (Jill) and Amber Tollett; her niece Susie Carothers; and her sister Lillian Hamilton (Bob). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
