He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Victor and Lorene Stanford Hurd; and his sister Dorothy Rhodes. He is survived by: his son Steven Allen Hurd; his wife Linda Ratcliffe of Crossville; his daughter-in-law Katy; and his grandchildren, Maddie, Ellie and Max Hurd.
