She is survived by: her parents, Odes Cook and Janelle Cook; her cousins, Jennifer Walker, Beverly Atkinson, Edwina Cook and Kevin Cook; her aunts and uncles, Peggy Cook, Breneda Livingston, Sharon Davis, Gail Threet, Sandra Culp, Julie Copeland, Ethel Ramsey, Joyce Atkinson, Reba Inman, Darrell Baldwin, Tommy Baldwin, Neil Baldwin, Joe Inman and Bud Todd; her cousins, Lee Baltimore, Ricky Cook, Karen Emmert and Eddie Cook; and her close friends, Juanita Stone and Missy York. She is also survived by her parents; her husband.
