She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Leek of Cross Plains, TN, Turk Jacobs of Tullahoma, TN and Tim Jacobs (Mindy) of Cross Plains, TN; and her grandchildren, Daniel Jacobs, Cody Jacobs, Harley Jacobs, Austin Jacobs, Addison Jacobs, Aubry Jacobs, Ashton Jacobs, Ashley Parnell, April Parnell and Jessica James. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
