With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neal Morris Merlis of Cross Plains, Tennessee, born in Brookline, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 11, 2021 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Merlis and Sarah Bloom Merlis; his former wife Elaine Merlis; and his brother Paul Merlis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Merlis of Cross Plains, TN; his son Eric Merlis (Suzanne) of Boston, MA; his stepson Mike Lilly (Kim) of Cross Plains, TN; his grandchildren, Cassie, Erin, Emily and Zoey; and his great grandchild Lilly.
