She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Gladys Spivey (Neal) and Arlo Bransford Spivey; and her siblings, George Spivey (Sandy), Rayme Spivey (Debbie), Roger Spivey (Wanda), Jackie Spivey (Betty Ann), Arlo Spivey Jr. (Sandra), Helen Clayborn (Charles), Margaret Jean Warren and Ann Carter Diane Wix (Bobby).
She is survived by: her husband J. B.; her children, Wallace Ray, David Bruce Kitchens (Carol), Frances Dillihay (Kitchens) and Alvin Pearson (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jennifer Ann Kitchens and Jeffrey Dale Boyd; her children, Wanna Fay Boyd (Dale) and Michael Allen Pearson (Debbie); and her siblings, Billy Spivey of Franklin, Wanda Tate (Max) of Orlinda, TN, Linda Seabolt (J. D.) of Springfield, TN and Betty Jo Hodges (Danny) of Portland, TN.. She is also survived by her family, which included 14 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 18 great great grandchildren.
