He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith, Jr. and Sue Helen Groves Smith; and his brothers, Roger Smith and Henry Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Joann Smith, John Smith, III (Navie) and Robert Wayne Smith; his daughter Alexis Smith; his stepdaughters, Brianna and Mary Dimnam; and his friends, Dirty Bird, James Turner, Muscle Pig and Felix Hershberger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
