He is survived by: his wife Connie Kelly of Cross Plains, TN; his children, Tommy Kelly (Nancy), Scott Kelly (Bonnie), Christy Minnis (Brad), Shawn Minnis (Barry), Missy Jenkins (Jeff), Carrie Randolph (Jeff) and Amanda Ray (Brad); and his pet Katie. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
