He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe E. McCloud Sr. and Dolly Elizabeth Jones McCloud; and his grandson Charles Alexander McCloud. He is survived by: his sons, John McCloud (Mitzi) of Portland, Michael McCloud of Portland and James McCloud of Franklin; his stepchildren, Chris Gosnell of Franklin and Shon Gosnell of Franklin; his sisters, Sandra Long of Portland and Nancy Eisenbraun (Mike) of Portland; and his grandchildren, James Hunter McCloud of Portland, Daniel McCloud of Portland, Seth McCloud of Portland, Mathieu McCloud of Guston and Rosalynn McCloud of Guston.
