He is survived by: his parents, James Ray Offutt (Cheryl) of Cross Plains and Donna Dorris Shelton (Marlin) of Greenbrier; his wife Crystal Offutt; his daughters, Samantha Newcomb and Mackenzie Stamps; his grandchildren, Hunter Newcomb, Brooklynn Newcomb, Hazelynn Stamps and Micah Stamps; his siblings, Melinda "Mindy" Manuel (David) and Ryan Douglas; and his nephews, Wyatt Gravitt, Colby Manuel, Aden Douglas and Jeremy Douglas.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Grace Freewill Baptist Church (4273 Keith Rd, Springfield, TN 37172). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
