It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas P Gross of Cross Plains, Tennessee, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Gross and Mardel Wilson Gross; and his brother-in-law Terry Scott. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Gross of Cross Plains, TN; his sons, Jason Gross (Michelle) of Watertown, TN and Jeromy (Brandi Sharber); his siblings, Terry Gross of Cross Plains, TN, Dempsey (Joann), Towana Scott of Portland, TN and Annie Street (Wes); and his grandchildren, Christian Gross of Portland, TN, Savannah Gross of Watertown, TN and Andrew Gross of Watertown, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
