She is survived by: her husband Leo Hoffman, Jr. of Cross Plains, TN; her children, Robbie Hoffman of Cottontown, TN and Amie Pore (Mishon) of Franklin, KY; her brothers, Alan Kuehne of Burlington, WI and Terry Kuehne (Heidi) of Watertown, WI; her grandchildren, Katlyn, Renee, Abagale and Braden; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Zane and Ellie Mae.
