He was predeceased by: his mother Urania Elizabeth Pimental Reska; and his son Nicholas "Nicky" Reska. He is survived by: his father Anthony Michael; his wife Amy Miller Reska; his children, Justin Cook (Camila) of San Diego, CA, Lucy Brummett (Tim) of Ridgetop, TN, Ashlee Cook and Jessica Reska; his brother Scott (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Kylen Brummett, Phoenix Brummett and Thomas Cook.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
