He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Redferin Evans; his brother Billie Davis Evans; and his granddaughter Kimberly Evans. He is survived by: his father Billie Franklin Evans of Cross Plains; his wife Carolyn Evans of Cross Plains; his children, Kevin Dean Evans of Duck River and Keasha Davis Frey (Clay) of Orlinda; his grandchildren, Kobe Dean Evans (Jordan) of Cross Plains, Kayla Nicole Evans of Chattanooga, Morgan Frey of Orlinda and Colin Frey of Orlinda; his sister Judy Hale (Jim) of Orlinda; and his stepmother Nelia Ann Evans of Cross Plains.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to be made to Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
