She was predeceased by: her husbands, Orville Lee Wimpee and Billy Gerald Cooper; and her brother Robert Childress. She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, David Wimpee, Janet Wimpee of Cross Plains, Hollis Wimpee and Karen Wimpee of Collierville; her daughter Phyllis Fondren of Cross Plains; and her siblings, Ira Childress of Jackson and Molly Bass. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
