She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Dotson and Clara Frances Garner Jr. (Rieben); her husband Julian Sullivan; her son Carl Sullivan; and her siblings, Charles Edward Garner and Frances Rhea Garner.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Sullivan (Tammy); and her grandchildren, Matthew Sullivan (Lana) and Jamie Sullivan (Meghan). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
