It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Faye Carr of Cowan, Tennessee, who passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Lowry, Sr. and W. Esther Lorance Lowry; and her siblings, Frieda Crouch and James W. Lowry, Jr.. She is survived by: her boyfriend Lars Robinette; her children, Matthew Carr, Amanda Sue Ortega and Tammy Lynn Powers; her sister-in-law Judy Lowry; and her grandsons, Antonio Ortega, Sebastian Ortega, Gabriel Ortega, Andrew Carr, Wesley Keckritz, Adam Keckritz and Steven Powers.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Central Funeral Home (2812 Hillsboro Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Central Funeral Home (2812 Hillsboro Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355).
