She was predeceased by: her father John Martin Simmons; her husband Orville Henshaw; and her sons, James Edward and Jimmy Ray Henshaw. She is survived by: her son Steven Henshaw (Bethany) of Manchester; her grandson Steven Henshaw; and her siblings, Orvie Haney of Cowan, Louise Garner of Sherwood, Marie Perry of Sherwood and Floyd Simmons of Cowan.
