He was predeceased by: his son Jerod Clark; his grandparents, Harold, Muriel Hall, Harry and Maglean Green; and his great-grandparents, Ardel and Dora Ward.
He is survived by: his parents, Martha Ann Hall and Gerald Hall (Susan); his wife Debbie Hall; his children, Michael Clark Jr. (Stephanie) and Holly Clark; his siblings, Cammie Hall Endersen (Jeff Flynn) and Curt Hall (Leann); his grandchildren, Derrick Cash, Ryder Clark and Anna Clark Boulton (Devin); his great grandchild Rhys Boulton; his uncle Earl Moore; and his nephews, Trenten Hall and Asher Hall. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
