He is survived by: his children, Terry Harper (Amy), Kevin Harper (Amy) and Candace Garrett (Steve); his grandchildren, Christopher Harper (Kaitlyn), Ariana Harper, Haven Harper, Hayle Harper, Katie Ramryn and Sloan Garrett; his great grandchild Zoey Harper; his sister Shirley Curtis; and his stepbrother Charles Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
