Smith (Frances) of Lebanon and Robert Smith of Cowan; and her grandchildren, Margurette Gast (Richard) of Portage, Oria D. Smith (Nancy) of Lebanon, Lisa Keel of Lebanon, John J. Smith of Lebanon, Michael Rogers (Regina) of Decherd, Randy Smith of Tullahoma and Shelby Stafford Smith of Winchester. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
