It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles David Stines of Cowan, Tennessee, born in Winchester, Tennessee, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stines and Elizabeth Jean Stines (Garner); and his sister Melba Hill. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Stines (Tabitha), Harley Stines (Kati) and Tonya Partin; his grandchildren, Brady Hall, Hank Stines and Lizzie Stines; his close friend Gail Wimley; and his nieces, Heather Rowley (Steve) and Lara Jernigan (Johnathan). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flower memorial donations be made to the Cowan Elementary School Library for new books.
