He was predeceased by: his parents, Addie Lee Williams Hancock and John Robert Hancock; and his siblings, Dorothy Smith, Virginia Kelly, Joy Jean Senn, Mary Hancock and Bill Hancock.
He is survived by: his wife Rose McCain Hancock of Cowan; his children, Rosemary Hancock of Huntsville, Tim Hancock (Maureen) of Chattanooga, David Hancock (Paula) of Pickwick Dam, TN, Rev. Paul Hancock (Dana) of Lebanon, TN and John Mark Hancock (Deanna) of Apison, TN; and his brother Jimmy Hancock (Delilah) of Kassuth, MS.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
The family kindly requests that all attending wear a mask and practice social distancing.
