Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bernice Owens of Cowan, Tennessee, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away, on February 11, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Moore and Ruby Jane Moore; her former husband W. P. Cawood; her son Eugene Owens; her grandchild Mackenzie Bragg; and her siblings, Carlos Moore of Harry Moore, R. D, Leonard Moore, Jack Moore, Jerry Moore and Thelma Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Winston Owens; her children, Lee Collins, Patti Bragg (Jay), Lora Bell (Dakota) and Charline Butner; her siblings, Henry Moore (Wanda), Ranal Moore (Anne) and Jenny Moore; and her grandchildren, Justice, Abbi Gail, Kiona, Cody, Camaron, Cayden, Kristen, Elijah, Teagen, Greyson, Deklyn, Easton, T. J. and Mikey. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no services are scheduled at this time, however the family plans to hold a memorial service, to be announced, at a later date.
