We bid farewell to Virginia Ophelia Lacey of Covington, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 11, 2025 at the age of 80. Virginia Ophelia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She is survived by: her children, Cassundra Lacey, James Sales (Quintena) and Anthony Sales (Sharhonda); her siblings, Richard C. Brown and Carolyn Brown; her grandchildren, Janesia, Autumn, Zaria, Brandon, Chandler and Aubrea; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Zayden and Summer. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:55 PM at the St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church (3827 TN-3, Covington, TN 38019). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the King's Hill Church Cemetery (123 King Hill Church Rd, Brighton, TN 38019).
