She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lonnie and Evelyn Mildred Burgett Osbourn; her husband Ned Wayne Turner; her brother Lonnie Osbourn; and her grandsons, Joshua Scruggs and Miles Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Debby Scruggs (Steven), Donna Crenshaw (Jeff), Rhonda Turner, Rodney Turner and Jamie Turner; and her siblings, Larry Osbourn (Barbara) and Becky Osbourn. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
